Nadal pulls out of London Olympics

The Olympic Games lost one of their biggest contestants this year, when reigning tennis champion Rafa Nadal pulled out after failing to recover from injury. The Spaniard was to play for the gold medal, hoping to replicate the win he achieved in Beijing four years ago.
When questioned about how he felt about the decision, Nadal said that today was “one of the saddest moments” of his career.
